As the restrictions in Sydney ease and the situation in Brisbane remains stable, we continue to monitor the situation via the Australian Government Department of Health and other key Health authorities with an overriding duty of care to our team and clients.

All our staff remain fully operational, and we do not expect any material disruption in this regard.  Naturally, if the circumstances cause difficulty or unexpected delay, we will be in contact.

Whilst in Brisbane it is business as usual, our Sydney office is currently closed to clients. We have been regularly attending to any queries via email and phone and available to organise face-to-face meetings over Zoom. For those Sydney clients who would prefer to meet in person, please call us to discuss the available options.

Unfortunately, due to strict public health requirements, we will be unable to meet in person if you or anyone in your household is unwell or in self-isolation.  We will check on these issues prior to your scheduled appointment and our advisers will ask you to complete a form on the day. 

 In particular, we need to know if you or anyone in your household has:

  • Been experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms
  • Had a temperature
  • Been in contact with anyone who is confirmed to have COVID-19
  • Returned from overseas in the past 14 days
  • Returned from travel to Victoria in the past 14 days
  • Visited a venue identified by NSW Health or Queensland Health as having confirmed cases of COVID-19

We will, of course, treat this information in strict confidence and will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time or meet online if any issues arise.

Workplace Vaccination Policy

From Monday, 17 January 2022, full immunisation against COVID-19 is required to gain entry to an Alteris Office or to attend any Alteris event.

This policy applies to all permanent and contract staff, consultants and contractors, suppliers  and visitors (including clients) who are able to be vaccinated under Federal and State Health Guidelines.

We have taken this decision to require vaccination in the workplace after due and deep consideration and it is based on our commitment to the health, well-being and safety of our people, our families, our clients, and our communities as well as government health directives.

We will ask to sight proof of your vaccination status before your attend our offices or events and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
