Jennifer recently joined Alteris in the newly-created position of Manager, Human Resources following two years as a Senior HR Consultant to the company. Her main responsibilities revolve around employee lifecycles, so she coaches and advises leaders within Alteris on human resources best practice as well as providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff at all levels.

She says she enjoys the people and culture within Alteris and particularly points out the professional, inclusive and collaborative nature of the company. It’s this combination that Jennifer feels allows for true employee engagement and makes Alteris a preferred employer in this industry.

As a human resources leader and specialist, Jennifer has enjoyed working in a range of industries including education, manufacturing and motorsport. Following the completion of her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, Jennifer worked in Australia before enjoying an extensive career in London and Europe.

In her downtime, Jennifer enjoys playing tennis and cycling and, as a self-confessed “foodie”, she enjoys weekend lunches with family and friends.
