She has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having started with Alteris as a client services manager with a background in investment, superannuation and retirement funds administration. She has played an integral role in the growth and expansion of Alteris through her leadership of business improvement projects. Her passion for positive client experience has played a pivotal role in the success of Alteris and its enviable reputation for client loyalty.

In this role, Lisa oversees all internal processes and systems for Alteris and leads the people, finance, client services and marketing functions.
