Sophia has a multi-faceted role which involves working closely with advisers and support teams to manage clients’ wealth matters in superannuation, pensions, insurance, investments and estate planning. She also liaises with advisers and support teams to develop and implement tailored strategies for clients to achieve their lifestyle and financial goals. In addition, she answers clients’ queries, and arranges client review and advice presentation meetings with their advisers. 

Sophia says that her role in the Alteris team aligns perfectly with her work philosophy. “I enjoy working at Alteris as the company puts clients first and is able to build long-term relationships with them,” she says. “The team consists of talented and dedicated professionals who collaborate closely to deliver excellent services to clients. Also, Alteris keeps growing, which brings exciting opportunities and challenges.” 

Having worked with high net worth clients, Sophia continues to accumulate her experience in the financial industry. “I wish to keep cultivating my skills in client service and time management, as well as being detail-oriented, as I believe these skills are important to succeed in this role,” she says.
