ACS Aged Care Advice Program and Adviser of the Year Awards

We are delighted to announce that Alteris has been awarded the 2023 Aged Care Steps Aged Care Advice Program of the Year for the second year, following our Lifestyle and Care team taking out the inaugural award in 2022. Additionally, we are excited to share that our Aged Care Financial Advisers, Jillian Clarke and Kerri Mendl, have been named finalists for the 2023 Aged Care Steps Adviser of the Year Award.

The Aged Care Adviser of the Year Awards formed part of the broader 2023 campaign launched by Aged Care Steps which aims to raise awareness of the highly valued and expert services that aged care advisers provide. Finalists of the award must demonstrate advocacy and promotion of aged care advice among their client base, referral network and local community.

At Alteris, our focus is on the delivery of aged care financial advice, aimed at helping families understand the range of government benefits they can access, as well as different care options available to them when making decisions for a loved one. Our advisers aim to ensure that clients have the knowledge to make informed decisions and that they feel comfortable and in control when transitioning a loved one into residential care.
